RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Rules & Restrictions
NO REFUNDS. Free My Dream Entertainment LLC will only accept exchanges for up to 30 days after receipt of your purchase. Before sending out your item(s), please contact Customer Care via e-mail.
FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, get in touch with our Customer Care team within 5 business days upon receiving and we'll send you a replacement (provided we hear from you before an item has sold out). You can reach the team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If an item proves defective in workmanship or materials within 14 days, our Customer Care team will be happy to assist you. This applies only to normal wear and does not apply to misuse, accidental damage, or changing your mind.
Before contacting Customer Care, have your order number ready. And of course, please be ready to describe the damage or defect.
Exchanged item(s) must be sent back in their original packaging, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached. Attached with your item(s), please include a copy of your invoice and a written explanation indicating the reason the item(s) are being exchanged.
Free My Dream Entertainment LLC reserves the right to refuse any exchanges. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request.
Customers are responsible for the shipping charges associated with shipping the product to our office. Free My Dream Entertainment LLC recommends that all packages being exchanged be insured by their carrier when shipping.
Free My Dream Entertainment LLC is not responsible for any packages that are lost during transit.
